Refund policy

Our products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges when a customer selects the wrong size or color, or changes their mind. Please review the product details and size information before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email flakkowrld@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it with our fulfillment partner and, if the claim is eligible, work to arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

If an order cannot be delivered because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
